How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.

Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.

Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.

We wanted to run a quick poll this week. We saw we got some great feedback last week and we will start to incorporate local businesses to spotlight in Miami. Let us know about this weeks poll!

Lincoln Road Getting a $30 Million Dollar Makeover

City of Miami Beach

Miami Beach has launched a $29 million upgrade to the iconic Lincoln Road, kicking off with improvements along Drexel and Meridian avenues. The year-long project will add outdoor seating, upgraded sidewalks, better lighting, and expanded pedestrian areas, while businesses remain open throughout construction. City leaders say the change will strengthen connections to major destinations like the Convention Center and New World Center, while reimagining the historic retail corridor as a premier culinary, cultural, and commercial hub for residents and visitors alike.

New Restaurant Openings

A new waterfront Italian restaurant is coming to Coconut Grove as Gioia Hospitality Group prepares to debut La Sponda at Vita at Grove Isle in 2026. The fine dining concept will feature coastal Italian cuisine, curated wines, and stunning Biscayne Bay views in a sophisticated setting designed by the acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. Reviving Grove Isle’s legacy as a dining destination, La Sponda promises weekday lunch, weekend brunch, and nightly dinner service, blending authenticity with modern elegance. Positioned as the island’s culinary centerpiece, it’s set to become one of Miami’s most anticipated openings.
