👗 Runway on Miami Beach

The Show Miami debuts as a dynamic new platform uniting fashion, retail and social influence. This inaugural event takes place March 17-19, 2025, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. “This is Miami” is a name of the official campaign which celebrates Miami’s neighborhoods and their people. Many of the designers of the brands being showcased during this event will be Miami based. This is an awesome opportunity to support local Miami artists and support the local Miami community. Aside from a trade show, there will be many different kinds of events through 5 different neighborhoods in Miami.

🧘 Yoga in Little River

Little River's amenities are expanding with the addition of a new wellness space. The developers at AJ Capital Partners, who created the popular Sunny's Steakhouse and Ogawa restaurants in the area, are launching Wild Thing this spring. This jungle-themed yoga studio takes its name from a challenging yoga position. Wild Thing will be housed in the former Rosie's location at 162 NW 73rd St., occupying 2,500 square feet. The space will feature gardens in both the front and back, outdoor shower facilities, and a cold plunge pool. Visitors can expect a variety of offerings including hot yoga sessions, breathwork practices, sound healing experiences, and specialized movement classes.

🏓 Padel Tournament Debut

Miami continues to establish itself as a destination for both established and upcoming sports, and now it's welcoming an international phenomenon for its first American appearance. The Motorola Razr Miami Premier Padel P1 will host top padel athletes at the Miami Beach Convention Center from March 18 to 23. This event represents both the inaugural tournament of its kind and the first Premier Padel competition held in the United States.

🏦 Community Updates

New woman-founded bank set to launch in Miami-Dade. The bank will provide retail and commercial banking services, offering checking and savings accounts, residential and consumer loans, business lines of credit, and commercial financing.
