💃 Party Never Stops in Miami

Embrace latin and Caribbean culture in this exciting Miami festival. 15 blocks will be cut off in Little Havana to celebrate music, food and culture. This is the largest street festival in Miami and one of the largest festivals in the country. This surely will be one of the top events for the year so be sure to check it out!

🏠️ Real Estate Update in Miami

Real Estate is always the topic of conversation in Miami. We are always monitoring for updates in the real estate economy here. We came across an interesting article linked below. Miami home prices were down for the month of January, which is a little bit unusual because January is a time where people flock down for the colder months and purchase property. According to the realtor article, there was only a moderate decrease in prices. Inventory has gone up in Miami about 0.5%. The average time to sell in Miami is about 80 days which up year over year as well. These moderate changes shouldn’t effect the overall real estate economy and all that comes with it.

🍝 Restaurant Recommendation of the Week

This past weekend, I went early in the morning to check out this place I saw on social media. The person who made the post claimed they had the best cinnamon roll in Miami. That is a bold take, so you know I had to try it. This coffee shop/bakery exceeded my expectations. Fresh baked sourdough bread (only by preorder), sandwiches, pastries, and more. I tried to order the cinnamon roll but they only start serving them at 10:30 am. What I got was probably even better than a cinnamon roll. Check out the video down below. This is a must try when you are in Design District.

🥘 Michelin Star Residency Joining Hotel in Miami

3 Michelin star restaurant Alinea will be opening with a one month pop up in the Faena Hotel this spring. Originally from Chicago, this restaurant has become one of the top restaurants in the country. The pop up will start on April 30th and go until May 25th. The Miami food scene is ever expanding and getting top restaurants from NYC and Chicago will only make the Miami food scene better then ever!
